Gaynor Clare - Centre Director...
Gaynor spent her childhood dancing and the passion and delight of it has never left her. She was part of an award-winning dance team and thrived on the competition. Her dancing has reached a very high standard and she continues to study and learn more, to the benefit of Dance Connection students.
Whilst Gaynor revels in teaching ballroom and latin at all levels, and is fully qualified with the IDTA, she especially enjoys helping beginners to find their dancing feet. She is also the qualified Dance Connection CHEERLEADING and ZUMBA head coach.
Gaynor’s professional background is in commerce, and she was the managing director of a company for many years. Her business admin experience is a great asset in running Dance Connection – co-ordinating classes, liaising with pupils and teachers and ensuring the smooth-running of the busy studio. Gaynor also looks after the centre’s management, including the hire of the function room, together with shoes, clothing and uniforms. As a result, the centre moves along with as much ease and flair as Gaynor’s dancing style.
